Cartouche Fashion is moving off Shopify onto Centra with a single Next.js storefront. The goal is one view of orders, stock, and fulfillment.

Problem

Cartouche could not scale properly. I proposed a headless setup with Centra and Sitoo, plus custom data flows to power Klaviyo, Elevar, Monta, and the other tools in the stack.

What I built

I'm replatforming onto Centra with Next.js. Elevar handles tracking, Klaviyo gets lifecycle email, react-email templates cover transactional mail. Monta (3PL), in-store POS terminals, and Adyen checkout share order and stock data.

Outcomes

  • Headless Next.js storefront on Centra
  • react-email templates plugged into Klaviyo
  • Monta 3PL and Sitoo POS on one order flow
