Vercel Git deploys and Workflows. Skip custom GitHub Actions when Git integration already ships the app.
Preview and production disagreed because I deployed the same push twice. Let Vercel Git own the build, run Convex there, and keep Actions for tests.
When a market is closed, I skip that eToro leg instead of retrying the whole Vercel Workflows step. A retry after a partial fill can buy the same names twice.
